The other day I made an oreo cheesecake. Okay, I "tried" to make an oreo cheesecake. This isn't my final version, I just had a lot of extra oreos so I made them into a cookie. Haha, a cookie into a cookie. They were like biscuits with oreo cookie pieces, maybe the temperature was a little too high. Ugh, stupid toaster oven. It's super easy to use, but gets a tad on the hotter side. *sigh
Oreo Cookie
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 cup crushed oreos
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350˚F
2. Cream butter and sugar, add in egg
3. Mix in flour and oreos
4. Place rounded spoonfuls on a greased cookiesheet
5. Bake for 12 minutes or until browned
6. Enjoy
