Carrot Biscuit Muffin

uhh so this was just some random recipe I whipped up. It was kinda weird. Sorta like a carroty biscuity muffin thing… It was really fast to make, but kinda strange.

Carrot Biscuit Muffin
1 egg
¾ cup flour
¼ cup oil
½ cup grated carrot (about 1 medium carrot)
½ cup sugar
½ teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 325˚F. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Pour into prepared muffin tins. Bake for 20 minutes or until test comes out clean.
