Mochi frm Japan!

My grandma recently went to Japan and brought back a ton of stuff. By stuff, I mean lots of food! One of the many food items was this mochi. Like all of the food thing in Japan, this mochi was delicious. Soft, but not gooey. Sweet, but not over powering. Sticky, but not too sticky. The azuki beans inside were also super flavorful. It wasn't azuki paste though, so that was a bummer. But it was still really good!
