Soymilk Chichi Dango
Usually mochi is made with just water and mochi flourish stuff. I was at Shirokiya (a japanese department store @ ala moana)and they were having this fair sorta of thing. They were selling soymilk mochi, and I totally needed to try it! (I <3 mochi)
So the mochi wasn't super strechy and squishy-like like normal. Once I bit into it, I just bit into it, and I was able to pull off a piece w/o tearing it. It was a little weird and I didn't really like it, but everyone else did :) so it didn't go to waste!
